The Neighbourhood are returning to perform in Italy: the band that has been at the forefront of the alternative scene for 10 years is ready to make a comeback! Their first album made an immediate impact, thanks in part to the double platinum-certified track “Sweater Weather”. "The World Tour", scheduled for Monday 4 May 2026 at the Unipol Forum in Assago, will be the Californian band's only Italian date, an opportunity to reconnect with their audience after five years of silence. The Neighbourhood was formed in 2011 in Newbury Park, California, when singer Jess Rutherford met guitarists Jeremy Freedman and Zach Abels, bassist Mikey Margott and percussionist Brandon Alexander Fried. After a couple of self-produced EPs, the band signed a record deal with Columbia Records, which released their first official album, I LOVE YOU, in April 2013, preceded by the single “Sweater Weather” and a performance at Coachella. In the same year, the band opened for Imagine Dragons on tour and released another EP, THE LOVE COLLECTION, followed by a mixtape entitled #000000 & #FFFFFF featuring collaborations with YG, Dej Loaf, French Montana, Danny Brown, G-Eazy and others.
