Medimex is the International Festival & Music Conference born in the name of connection, internationalization, training, accompaniment, which takes place every year in Puglia.

Since 2011, it has been the reference event for the Italian music market that wants to connect with the international scene, during four days dedicated to comparing market opportunities, studying the challenges that new technologies impose, creating networks, and to the promotion of their work. Four days in which operators can meet festival directors, agency managers, record labels, international stakeholders.
Born as an exhibition hall, from 2017 Medimex has chosen to spread throughout the territory, occupying the city spaces, following the model of the music week with numerous concerts including those of IGGY Pop, Placebo, Solange, Patti Smith, Editors & Liam Gallagher.

In addition to the professional section with activities aimed at young people, artists, operators and companies in the music sector aimed at the growth, internationalization and professional development of the entire sector, Medimex is also exhibitions, territorial animation activities, meetings with artists, the vinyl market and of independent labels and live music.
During the last edition alone, more than 120 thousand attendances were registered in total, including concerts, professional activities, author meetings, DJ sets, exhibitions and collateral activities. 200 artists involved, over 500 operators, 1 million contacts on social networks, 130 accredited newspapers with coverage of the main national media.
