Waiting for the Winery 2022
The Degusta Morbegno program has been defined: the initiative that showcases local food and wine products and the most beautiful places in the city of Morbegno and its surroundings, so that they can be tasted on the spot. The event is entrusted to the Pro loco of Morbegno for the weekends of 24, 25 September and 1, 2 and 8, 9 October.
As in the two previous editions, the initiative offers a series of tasting itineraries thanks also to the help of 15 associations whose volunteers and associates will help by welcoming visitors along the routes and cellars. The routes are: 'Degusta in green' which offers trekking on the Cech coast, with a certified guide and a visit to the Cerido press, ending with an aperitif in the Cech cellar, or the itinerary between churches and palaces, a walk with certified guide and aperitif for up to 25 people at the Rebel Historical Room in Palazzo Folcher. Then there is the 'Goblets in the convent' path which offers tastings with the Marsetti wineries, terraces of the Cech, Nera / Caven and vertical tasting of typical wines and cheeses in the complex of Sant’Antonio - Ostello.
Then it is the turn of the Malacrida palace path which includes a guided tour with aperitif by Channel Morbegno. 'Four glasses in four cellars - Rosso e bubbles' is the path that winds through the Milani winery, the cellar of the former district court, the south cloister and Palazzo Malacrida, while 'Quattro calici in quattro cantine' becomes 'Sforzati' in the cellar Mariani, in the Vergottini winery, in the Brisa winery and in the Folcher winery. In each cellar there is a taste of Valtellina cold cuts and cheeses.
