With the usual flight of the Angel on Sunday 20 February in Piazza San Marco, the celebrations of the Carnevale di Venezia will come alive. The celebrations will continue until the next weekend with the proclamation of the Maria of Carnival 2022.

Venice is a unique city: with its unmistakable structure, developed on both sides of the Grand Canal, it is among the most beautiful in the world. Lying in the middle of a lagoon and composed of a dense fabric of streets and squares, bridges and canals, Venice is explored on foot and by vaporetto to appreciate glimpses and architectures of rare beauty. Not only San Marco or Rialto, essential destinations for a tourist visit, but also a great historical center to be discovered slowly.

As always, the lagoon is populated with historical masks and costumes of great charm, which make that of the Venetian city one of the most famous folk events in the world.
