Finally the big announcement has arrived: the Arctic Monkeys are back in Italy with two dates of their new European tour! We will find the British band on stage at the Snai Racecourse in Milan on July 15th, while the following day they will be enchanting the audience at the Capannelle Racecourse in Rome. Get ready to come with us to I-Days and Rock in Rome and remember to wear your Dancing Shoes, because they will be two unmissable evenings ;)

Arctic Monkey was born in 2002 on the outskirts of Sheffield from the passion for rock of sixteen year olds Alex Turner, Jamie Cook and Andy Nicholson. In the summer of the following year they held their first live concerts and thanks to the MySpace phenomenon they managed to make their music known globally thanks to a post-punk sound that mixes rockability with indie rock. After a first limited edition Ep, in 2006 they gained fame thanks to the singles "I bet you look good on the dancefloor" and "When the sun goes down" which preceded the album "Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I' m Not" which immediately proves to be a global success in the alternative rock scene, leading them to triumph at the Brit Award in the "British revelation" category [...]
