Lorenzo Cherubini, aka Jovanotti, started with music when Claudio Cecchetto gave him the opportunity to work as a DJ for a local radio station. He made his first record at the age of 19, a single titled Gimme Five, later included in his first debut album, Jovanotti for President. Soon he debuted as a TV presenter on DJ TV and 1,2,3 Casino. Lorenzo 1992 contained Radio Baccano, recorded with the popular local artist Gianna Nannini, followed by a tour with Luca Carboni.
