Gionata Boschetti, also known as Sfera Ebbasta, was born in Sesto San Giovanni on 7 December 1992 and he is an Italian rapper. He rose to prominence thanks to the publication of the album XDRV, recorded with the collaboration of the record producer and friend Charlie Charles, achieving good success all over Italy. This success recurred with the releases of Sfera Ebbasta (2016), Rockstar (2018), Famoso (2020) and X2VR (2023), the second of which allowed the artist to become the first Italian to enter the world's Top 100 of the Spotify streaming platform. In 2020 he became the artist to have sold the most records in Italy in the decade 2010-2019 with more than 4.2 million copies of albums and digital singles, while in 2023 he holds the record for the highest number of songs placed in first place on the Top Solos.
