Blink-182 was born in San Diego in the early 90s from the meeting of Tom DeLonge with Mark Hoppus: the band mixes upbeat rhythms, with catchy backdrops and lyrics stuffed with obscene humor and anger of adolescence and life in general. The commercial turning point came in 1998 with the entry of Travis Baker on drums and the influence of new, more punk and quick sounds: the publication of the '99 album "Enema of the State" consecrates the three boys to phenomena of commercial ladders from all over the world, contributing to the great international success of the punk revival movement.
